If you receive an email supposedly from Disney, ignore it! Scammers have been sending emails to people to verify your account by sending them your information.

Remember- Disney will NEVER ask you to email your personal information. If you are ever unsure about ANY Disney or TT emails or calls, you can contact them at their customer service number. They are there to help and they have been very helpful to me over the phone for a variety of issues.

If you get that in your email, please forward it to: community@disneyonline.com ASAP. Do not answer the email and show make the mistake of showing them that you have a valid email address and a valid TT account.
